UPDATED RELEASE: Version 1.0 Release to Market (RTM) (Apr 15, 2008)

Known issues:
Requires App Pool to NOT be using Network Service. Must use service account (which is a best practice anyhow)
Doesn't support FBA
After a users has created a site and submitted the justification form, they are direct to a broken page :(. The workflow continues fine though.

RC2:
Fixed a few bugs. One bug remains within the WorkflowSettings.GetSettings method. Even though i'm running with elevated privledges, if the new site is a sub site below the root web a few layers, and the new site creator doesn't have Full Control on the root web, I get an unauthorized exception. Not sure why the RunWithElevatedPrivledges code isn't doing the trick...

RC1:
Look for future enhancements on the email processes and relevant data, and the dependant list being provisioned automattically upon feature activation.

I plan on doing more scaling testing, as well as more unit testing on security edge cases before I make this a final 1.0 release.
